In addition to the e-mail address, the contact form is available as a means of direct communication. We answer enquiries sent by either route without undue delay during our normal business hours.

Tax identification numbers

As a small business within the meaning of § 19(1) of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it on invoices. No VAT identification number exists.

Organizer and contracting party

The organizer identified for the respective event is the contracting party for the ticket purchase and performance of the event. The organizer sells tickets in its own name and for its own account. RAVR acts as an intermediary and supports technical processing. Where the platform operator itself is identified as the organizer, it is also the contracting party for the ticket purchase.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36(1) no. 1 VSBG). If there is a problem with an order, please contact us directly at [email protected] — we aim to resolve matters quickly.
