Terms and Conditions
Terms governing ticket purchases, refunds and admission to the event.
Last updated: 09 October 2026
§ 1 Scope and contracting party
These terms govern ticket purchases through RAVR. The organizer identified for the respective event is the contracting party for the ticket purchase and performance of the event. The organizer sells tickets in its own name and for its own account. This also applies where the platform operator itself is identified as the organizer.
RAVR is operated by the provider identified below and acts as an intermediary in the name and for the account of the respective organizer. RAVR supports ordering, payment processing and ticket delivery. Those activities alone do not make RAVR the organizer.
RAVR — Bastian NeumannEinstein-Ring 1748599 GronauDeutschlandIn §§ 2 to 12, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the respective organizer. RAVR may transmit declarations or carry out technical steps during checkout on the organizer’s behalf. Claims arising from the ticket purchase, including performance and refunds, are against the organizer. RAVR’s own statutory liability remains unaffected.
Any differing terms of the buyer do not become part of the contract unless the organizer expressly agrees to them. A consumer within the meaning of these terms is any natural person who enters into the transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB).
§ 2 Formation of the contract
The presentation of tickets on an event page does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order during checkout you make a binding offer to purchase the selected tickets.
The contract is formed when we accept your order by sending the order confirmation by e-mail or by making the tickets available. Acknowledging receipt of an order does not yet constitute acceptance.
After you select tickets we reserve them for a limited time so that you can complete payment. If payment is not completed within that time the reservation lapses and the tickets are released for sale again. There is no entitlement to availability before the contract is formed.
§ 3 Prices, fees and VAT
The prices stated on the event page at the time of your order apply. All prices are final prices. Any advance-sale, service or payment fees are shown separately before you complete the order and form part of the total amount.
VAT treatment depends on the service and the respective organizer’s tax status. Included VAT or an applicable exemption is indicated accordingly. The platform operator’s tax status does not automatically apply to the organizer. Where an invoice must be issued, it is issued by the organizer or by RAVR in the organizer’s name and for its account.
§ 4 Payment
Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. The payment methods available in each case are shown during checkout. You enter full card details directly with Stripe; RAVR and the organizer do not receive those details.
The total amount is due when you complete the order. Tickets are issued only after payment has been received successfully. If a payment fails or is charged back, we are entitled to invalidate the tickets concerned and refuse admission.
§ 5 Tickets, delivery and validity
Tickets are delivered electronically, as a file or a link, to the e-mail address you provide. Please check that the address is correct; we cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address. If the confirmation does not arrive, contact [email protected] and we will send the tickets again.
Each ticket contains an individual code valid for a single admission. Treat this code like cash and do not share it publicly, in particular not on social media. At admission, the code presented first grants entry; further presentations of the same code are refused. We accept no liability for disadvantages arising from sharing or publishing the code.
§ 6 Admission, proof of age and venue rules
Admission takes place within the admission times stated for the event. There is no entitlement to admission after the event has ended. For safety reasons, the permitted maximum number of visitors must not be exceeded. If you are refused admission for this reason despite holding a valid entitlement to entry, your statutory claims for non-performance, including a refund and, where applicable, damages, remain unaffected. This applies in particular in cases of overbooking.
Where a minimum age is stated for an event, it applies bindingly and we are entitled to require official photo identification as proof. If proof is not provided or the minimum age is not met, we will refuse admission and there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price. The provisions of the German Protection of Young Persons Act apply irrespective of the information on the event page.
The venue's rules apply and the instructions of staff must be followed. We and the venue are entitled to refuse admission to, or remove from the event, any person who breaches the venue rules, endangers or significantly disturbs other visitors, or is evidently under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants to an extent that gives rise to concern. In such cases there is no entitlement to a refund.
§ 7 Transfer and resale
You may pass a ticket on privately, for example if you cannot attend yourself. Please also pass on information about any age restriction and the venue rules to the person acquiring it.
Commercial resale and resale above the total price shown are not permitted, nor is offering tickets publicly on secondary-market platforms or acquiring tickets in quantities evidently not intended for personal use. We are entitled to invalidate tickets acquired, offered or transferred in breach of this provision and to refuse admission. Statutory claims of the persons concerned remain unaffected.
Where tickets for an event are stated to be personalised, transfer is only possible after we have re-registered the ticket. Please contact [email protected] in that case.
§ 8 No right of withdrawal for leisure events
RAVR permits only admission tickets to leisure events with a specific date or period. Standalone goods and other services may not be offered.
Important notice: when buying tickets for an event scheduled for a specific date, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal.
A contract for the purchase of tickets is a contract for services relating to leisure activities which provides for a specific date or period of performance. For such contracts there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB (implementing Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU). A ticket purchase is therefore binding once the contract is formed.
This does not affect your rights if we cancel or reschedule the event. Those cases are governed by § 9 and give rise to a refund independently of any right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights in respect of defects and breaches of duty also remain unaffected.
§ 9 Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation. If an event is cancelled, we will refund the full amount paid, including all advance-sale, service and payment fees. The refund is made without you having to ask, using the same payment method you used to pay. We will inform you of the cancellation by e-mail to the address you provided.
Rescheduling. If an event is moved to another date or another location, your ticket remains valid for the new date or location. You may instead request a full refund of the amount paid, including all advance-sale, service and payment fees.
Programme changes. Changes to the programme, line-up or running order are permitted only to the extent that they are reasonable, taking your interests into account. Whether a change is material depends in particular on the performances promised when the contract was concluded and the significance of an announced performance for the event. The absence of a single defining headline act may also be a material change. Your statutory claims where promised performances are not provided or are materially changed, including a refund and, where applicable, damages, remain unaffected.
Further statutory claims, in particular for damages under § 11, remain unaffected.
§ 10 Non-attendance by the buyer
If you do not attend the event and no case under § 9 applies, there is no entitlement to a refund or exchange. You may however pass your ticket on privately in accordance with § 7. Statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.
§ 11 Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty by us, and for other damage based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. We are likewise liable without limitation under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent that we have given a guarantee.
In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation whose performance makes the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may rely; in that case our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded.
The respective operator is responsible for the safety and proper operation of the venue. We accept no liability for the safekeeping of items brought to the event unless safekeeping has been expressly agreed.
§ 12 Force majeure
If an event cannot take place for reasons of force majeure — for example natural events, official orders, epidemics or strikes — we are released from our obligation to perform. We will refund amounts already paid in accordance with § 9; claims for damages beyond that do not arise in such cases.
§ 13 Data protection
How RAVR processes your personal data, the legal bases that apply and how long we store data is set out in the privacy policy.
§ 14 Applicable law and dispute resolution
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.
The platform operator is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36(1) no. 1 VSBG). If there is a problem with an order, you may contact RAVR for forwarding to the organizer at [email protected] in the first instance.
§ 15 Final provisions
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. The statutory provisions then apply in place of the invalid provision.
The version of these terms published at the time of your order applies. This version is dated 22 October 2026.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancies the German version is authoritative.
